FINAL ACCOUNTS
David has spent many years working for Clients, Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers preparing, checking and advising on Final Accounts, has acted as Adjudicator on a number of final account issues and has prepared or assisted in preparing submissions in respect of final accounts for adjudications, expert determinations, arbitrations and litigation.
David can advise on, prepare or modify procedures and implement systems to facilitate the preparation negotiation or checking of payment applications and the preparation and agreement of the final account in a timely and efficient manner.
This is of course related to Contract Administration and Claims and the procedures necessary should be integrated and complementary for maximum benefit.
