David Roberts has assisted in the preparation of claims, defences and counterclaims and Expert reports for Clients, Main Contractors and Specialist Sub-contractors (Shopping Centre – The Galleries Bristol –, Hospitals, Council Housing Estates, Jet Engine Test Facilities, Cinema Complex, Retail/residential building refurbishment, Marine Piling, Hospitals, Airports, Gravity based platforms, Pipe Coating, Subsea installations, Module fabrication, demolition, LNG Importation Facility, Tank Refurbishment, etc.)
Mediation:
David Roberts is a Mediator qualified with Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
Expert Determination:
David Roberts having undertaken numerous appointments as Expert Witness varying from house extensions and refurbishment to major shopping centres, marine civils to offshore platforms, pipelines, etc. (all commissions have settled shortly after exchange of experts’ reports or meeting of experts), is prepared to accept appointment as an Expert for the purposes of ‘Expert Determination’ under any recognised institute rules or under rules determined by the parties in any area of construction disputes in which I am appropriately qualified and/or experienced In Register of Expert Witnesses and Institute of Petroleum (now Energy Institute) register of Consultants
